Love Sign 💕

We will be creating a rustic LOVE sign with a piece of wood, some bottle rings, and sheet glass strips for the letters. This one is so easy to make - all you need are your surface, glass pieces, and resin. This has no tracer and no painting, and is a great art project for beginners!

I have a piece of rustic wood that I will use as the surface for this art project. I also have some glass strips and bottle rings that I have precut to form my letters. Use tacky glue to secure your pieces to your wood. I am attaching the glass strips on their edge - not flat.

If you're looking for bottle rings, search for them on Etsy or eBay.

We're going to elevate our wood using blocks. Mix 1/2 ounce of resin and stir gently for three minutes. Pour the resin onto your glass and spread it onto your entire piece using your gloved fingers or brush.

Use a heat gun to pop your bubbles. Keep your heat moving at all times! 

At this point, you could drill a couple of holes and add some twine to hang it in your home, or simply secure a hanger on the back to make a wall hanging. Such an easy project for home decor or gifting!
